App doesn't work on Android - "Server Unavailable". It's a shame that such a company with a great product neglects a simple (!) software App. If the engineering capacity is a problem, please reach out to me for software agencies recommendations, in any other cases I'd be more than happy to help as well (I'm from the IT industry). Keeping my fingers crossed for a turnaround!

ERROR connecting to server, ALWAYS!
App is not working!!!! I am about to pay a fortune to get the dexcom so i can monitor my son's readings only to find out the follow app does not work!!!! How is this even possible

Never works for me. Server temporary unavailable...Samsung S10. Can not follow my child parameters. And looks like I am not alone with my claims. Please support and advice how to solve it.
